Responsibilities
• Support attorneys and paralegals in the preparation of family petitions (I-130, I-129F) and adjustment of status applications (I-485).
• Prepare routine USCIS forms and Monitor the status of cases through the platform.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to collect information, documents and signatures.
• Organize, classify and index files and supporting documentation.
• Schedule client appointments, biometric appointments and consular interviews.
• Prepare correspondence with clients, including approval letters and case updates.
• Assist in the translation of documents when necessary.
Profile
•\ Graduates in law or other
•\ Advanced command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
•\ Experience of 3 to 6 months in similar immigration processes
•\ High sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
