Main functions (training provided)
Opening new matters and creating files in the case management system.
Support with intake forms, fee agreements and electronic signatures.
Preparation and electronic presentation of documents before courts (complaints, summonses, covers, simple writings, etc.).
Coordination of fillers/notifications (service of process) and monitoring of their status.
Scheduling and updating case events: hearings, conferences, mediations, deadlines, calls with clients, depositions, etc.
Organization and control of digital files, documents and correspondence.
Support in the writing and formatting of letters and basic forms, under the supervision of a lawyer.
General administrative support to the legal team (tasks related to cases and remote office tasks).",
