We are looking for a Medical Assistant to optimize our radiology operations and insurance management. This role is the critical bridge between diagnosis and action: you will be responsible for processing significant clinical findings, ensuring effective communication with medical staff, and ensuring that each patient has the appropriate coverage and network for their care.\nSchedules to choose from: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 PM). Interweekly Rest\nMain Responsibilities:\nReceive notifications of critical or significant radiological findings\nReview the radiologist's diagnostic impression.\nContact referring physicians or nursing staff.\nDocument in the system the time, recipient, and a summary of the communication.\nMaintain accurate records and support radiologists and administrative staff by ensuring timely follow-up.\nRequirements:\n1 to 2 years of experience in medical or clinical settings\nExperience as a medical assistant or in similar roles.\nADVANCED proficiency in the English language.\nAbility to understand and use medical terminology; experience in telephone communication within clinical settings.\n4 or more years of nursing experience (DESIRABLE)\nKey skills:\nMedical terminology\nClinical communication\nTelephone communication\nRadiology support\nAttention to detail\nHealth documentation",
