Grab&Eat Retail and technology company with operations in Costa Rica and Panama\nLooking for a Freelance Operational Assistant with a focus on control, analysis and operational support to strengthen inventory management, validation of information in systems and monitoring of key processes in stores and warehouses. The selected person will work remotely, managing deliverables and operational reports in accordance with the projects, requests and requirements defined by the operations team in Costa Rica and Panama.\nObjective: Ensure the correct operational continuity of Grab&Eat stores and warehouses through autonomous inventory management, validation of information in the system, support for billing processes, sales and shrink review, and coordination of reception and updating of products, guaranteeing precision and control in each process.\nProject responsibilities\n(Executed with technical autonomy and results-oriented)\nThe main functions include:\nManagement of the product catalog (creation, update and archive) in systems\nInventory control (enter invoices, create and review inventory adjustments)\nTheft management (review of CCTV and systems to identify theft situations)\nManagement of collections from customers for unpaid products\nMaintenance of margins in system (review of costs and sales prices) (monthly)\nManagement of overdue payments and follow-up with the team\nCommunication with IT teams\nUpload transfers for payments to suppliers\nEnter each invoice into the system for payment\nVerify that the invoice is going to be paid with respect to the payment conditions\nValidate if they have credit notes or discounts\nKeep daily payment control\nReceive suppliers virtually\nNon-exhaustive list. There may be additional activities linked to the accounting, operational, purchasing or commercial area of the company that will be covered by this agreement.\nProfile requirements\nTraining: Technologist or professional in Administration, Operations, Accounting, Business, Retail or related areas.\nExperience: 12 years in operations, inventories, retail or grocery stores or operational control or similar.\nINDISPENSABLE KNOWLEDGE\nIntermediate Excel.\nApp management such as downloading applications and reviewing cameras\nInventory management and operational control.\nCustomer service\nDESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE\nManagement of ERP (ideally Odoo).\nBasic billing processes.\nKey competencies:\nHigh attention to detail and precision.\nOrganization and monitoring.\nAnalytical capacity and resolution of inconsistencies.\nEffective communication.\nProactivity and autonomy.\nEthics and responsibility operational.\nDesirable: Previous experience in remote work or remote operational support.\nContract conditions\nType of connection: Freelance / Direct service provision with the company in Costa Rica.\nModality: Remote work.\nMonthly fees: USD $650 plus quarterly and annual bonus depending on results (approximately USD $800).\nAutonomy: The professional manages his or her times, tools and methods to deliver the agreed results and the requested reports. Carry out their work from an adequate, orderly physical space with the minimum conditions of ergonomics, lighting, privacy and professionalism that allow the correct performance of their functions.
