Enter late customer purchases.

Validate that the values ​​match (VAT, subtotal, supplier).

Check frequent errors and notify the accountant or user.

2. Management of electronic signatures

Download .p12 certificates from supplier entities.

Upload them to DataPlus-Security.

Generate the electronic signature and send it to the client.

Assist the client by WhatsApp for the installation of the signature.

Prepare basic reports of issued signatures.

3. DataPlusERP customer support

Answer queries by WhatsApp or calls.

Resolve simple doubts, such as:

“My purchases don't come out.”

“My signature does not load.”

“How do I issue a credit note?”

“Where do I edit my email?”

Only escalate cases that require advanced programming or technical decisions.

4. Activation of new billing plans

Create company, activate establishment and configure issuing point.

Verify RUC.

Send credentials to the client.

Perform tests in a test environment and then in production.

Inform the client that the system is ready to invoice.

5. Travel coordination for Travip

Confirm routes and schedules.

Warn drivers.

Confirm payments and reservations.

Prepare reports of trips made.",
