VACANCY: Foreign Trade Analyst / Import Assistant

Modality: Remote (Anywhere in the country)
Hours: 08:00 pm – 05:00 am (1 hour break)
Salary: S/ 1,500.00 monthly

JOB PROFILE

We are looking for an organized, analytical person with experience in imports from China, who can work night shifts and use Excel with formulas to prepare quick and accurate quotes.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

.Analyze product technical sheets
.Prepare quotes on Chinese platforms (1688, Alibaba or others)
.Prepare and send formal quotes to clients
. Follow up on clients to whom a quote was given
.Coordinate with Chinese suppliers
.Prepare consolidated commercial invoice (unite several suppliers into one)
.Prepare consolidated packing list
.Organize digital import documentation
.Support in basic cost analysis (FOB, freight, VAT, margin, etc.)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS.

Studies in Foreign Trade, International Business or similar
Minimum 1 year experience in imports
Knowledge of tariff classification
Intermediate or advanced command of Excel
Ability to work night shift
Good writing and communication
Basic English (technical reading)
