Job Description
We are looking for a Secretary / Administrative Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in similar positions or in customer service, organized, proactive and with excellent customer service to work in a British company.
Main Functions
Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings.
Customer management and monitoring in Monday CRM.
Creation and management of cases in financial software
Document management (review, organization and monitoring).
Direct communication with clients (calls and messages, corporate emails).
Complementary administrative procedures required by management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in secretarial, administrative assistance or customer service.
Graduated from the Secretarial career.
English level B1 (reading and basic communication).
Availability for remote work.
Availability to work on Saturdays, 5 to 6 times a week and according to the international time difference.
Good presence and professional attitude.
