Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Accounting Assistant to provide support to an allied company in the United States. We are looking for an organized, responsible person with an excellent level of English, capable of supporting accounting processes, as well as maintaining effective communication with English-speaking clients, suppliers and superiors.

Requirements
- Technician, technologist or student in the last semesters in Accounting or related careers.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in accounting functions.
- Intermediate-advanced or advanced level of English (B2 or higher).
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English with clients and work teams.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Use of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Workspace).
- High capacity for organization, monitoring and attention to detail.
- Have adequate space for a workplace and stable internet connection.
Main Functions
- Support bookkeeping processes and registration of financial information.
- Perform reconciliations and monitoring of transactions.
- Manage accounting documentation.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, suppliers and superiors in English.
- Attend emails, virtual meetings and operational requirements in English and Spanish.
- Support the updating and organization of databases and digital files.
- Follow up on tasks and requests assigned by the allied company in the United States.

Working Conditions
- Salary: $2,800,000 monthly.
- Contract for work or labor.
- 100% remote mode.
- Working day from Monday to Friday. and if required on Saturdays from time to time
