The Full Technical Support Assistant will update and create IT infrastructure documentation, in addition to updating stock/inventory control spreadsheets for the company's equipment and peripherals. Will handle demands for 2nd and 3rd level calls in person and remotely via access tool, support the internal development team for demands and improvements. You will extract indicators and reports for the Support department, as well as work on resolving problems related to computer equipment and peripherals in support of the 1st level team. You will monitor the Linux and Windows operating systems via a monitoring tool and contact IT providers to open tickets in cases of inoperation or instability in contracted services and analyze reports.Requirements and QualificationsRequirements: Be studying higher education in the IT area (from the 4th semester onwards).
