Work from home from the first day of training!

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors for the Chilean public.

What function will you perform?

Answer calls from clients in Chile.
Resolve queries, doubts, claims and requirements.
Provide a close and quality care experience.

Schedule

Full Time remote LATE SHIFT.
Monday to Sunday.
Rotating breaks.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 months experience in telecommunications customer service.
Wired Internet of minimum 50 Mbps
Have a PC or laptop to carry out the training.
Adequate space to carry out remote work.

Many of our supervisors and trainers started out as advisors.
