Join the best Call Center Customer Service team!\n\nOn behalf of our important client in the Call Center field, we are looking for people to assume the position of:\n\nREMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEOPERATOR - MOVISTAR PERÚ\n\nFUNCTION:\n- Resolve queries from the end customer, verifying the source of relevant information and delivering the standardized information available.\n- Receive and offer orders requested by the end customer, providing service that meets the standards defined by Atento and the contracting customer. \n- Resolve/manage problems for which there is information immediately available and not available, obtaining from the contracting client all the information necessary to build a pertinent solution or response.\n- Face and manage complaints from end clients according to protocols, procedures and regulations defined by the service.\n- Report in a timely manner the technical incidents that occur on the platform, as well as when the end client makes a claim for the attention received. \n- Detect and extract from the conversation with end clients what their implicit and explicit needs are and propose the available solutions.\n- Deliver to clients the offers or promotions intended for them.\n- Know and comply with the policies, regulations and procedures established in the Integrated Management System.\n- Know the functions and responsibilities to facilitate the management of the effective Integrated Management System.\n- Participate in the identification, evaluation and maintenance of the risks of the Integrated Management System. related to safety and health at work, Environment, Quality and Security of information.\n- Participate in the campaigns and awareness of the Integrated Management System.\n- Know your level of participation within the emergency response plan.\n- Other additional ones arranged by Management.\ \n\nWORK HOURS: 48 hours per week! \n* 12pm to 10pm (within the range of work 8h + 1h break)\n(Rotating rest) \n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n- Complete secondary school\n- With or without experience\n- Internet connection: minimum speed of 30 Mbps\n- Type of connection: wired, mandatory to ensure stability\n- Have a PC or lap for your training\n- Valid for Lima and Callao\n\nWE OFFER YOU:\n- Entry to a full payroll from the first day of work with all the legal benefits (perks, CTS, utilities, paid vacations, family allowance, EsSalud, etc.)\n- Fixed Salary S/1130 + Variable up to 30% of the basic salary (paid in food voucher S/226 and the rest in cash)\n- Virtual and paid training\n- Career line + Free courses and training\n\nIf you meet the profile and are ready to join the best team, don't wait any longer!\nToday we choose you through a selection process, our bet is that at the end of the day you will be the one who chooses us to stay with us.",
