About the role ðAt Singularu we are looking for a person to join our Customer Service team in a remote work model. You will be a fundamental piece for our clients: the person who accompanies them, solves their problems and makes them feel special in each interaction. We are looking for someone organized, decisive and with a real vocation for people, who is capable of turning any incident into a positive experience for those who trust us. Responsibilities ðManage the queries, complaints and incidents of our clients through the different channels (email, telephone and chat), always ensuring an agile and empathetic.Process exchanges, returns and follow-up of orders, guaranteeing that each customer is satisfied with the process.Resolve questions about products, availability and order status, providing clear and precise information.Manage and respond to product reviews, helping to improve the brand experience.Actively collaborate with the rest of the team to detect patterns of incidents and propose improvements in processes.Use CRM tools to record and track all interactions with clients.
