Job Description

Hir Casa is looking for a Multichannel Advisor to join our team.\nIn this position, you will be responsible for carrying out monthly calls for the assigned reminder campaigns, as well as providing service to our clients through the different contact channels, ensuring quality in each interaction.\nWork area: remote work (reside in Mexico City or the state of Mexico)\nFirst month of in-person training at the corporate office\nSchedules:\n Monday to Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.\n Guards from 1 to 2 days a month on evening shift from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. At Home Office.\n Guards from 1 to 2 Saturdays a month from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. In Home Office.\nResponsibilities:\n\n1. Provide customer service through different contact channels, ensuring the quality of service. \n2. Provide correct and current information.\n 3. Make monthly calls for assigned reminder campaigns. \n4. Make monthly calls for assigned collection campaigns. \n5. Manage special campaigns. \n6. Have control over the assignment of emails to the *****************@hircasa.com account \n7.
