Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Customer Service Agent with native or fully fluent German, to provide support to business customers through calls and ticketing. You will be part of an international team, collaborating with different departments for the correct resolution of incidents.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent / native German, spoken and written (exclusive)
- Previous experience in customer service through calls and tickets (experience with tickets is very important)
- Have worked with B2B clients (VERY important requirement)
- Previous experience in SaaS companies (mandatory requirement)
- Ability to learn quickly and autonomously
