POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ECOMMERCE

POSITION PURPOSE: Provide first-class customer service through various online channels, ensuring each interaction is friendly, efficient and responsive. Resolve queries, manage returns and ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience. Additionally, collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to building strong relationships with our clients in the exciting world of e-commerce.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing or related careers.
- High level of communication, persuasion and conflict resolution with clients. INDISPENSABLE.
- Knowledge in the implementation of Commercial Strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in customer service through digital channels (WhatsApp, Messenger and Email) and traditional channels (phone calls).
- Social Network Management of our e-Commerce.
- Excellent writing and spelling. ESSENTIAL, evaluation will be carried out.
- Excel management at an advanced level.

FUNCTIONS:
- Call customers and confirm the order.
- Process and send orders to Couriers.
- Manage and control inventory levels.
- Organize and coordinate the product shipping process.
- Create Signs for orders that are in the province.
- Monitoring the satisfactory delivery of orders sent by agency.
- Resolve logistical problems and manage shipping claims.
- Respond to customer queries and questions.
- Respond to comments from our Social Networks.
- Advise our clients about our products.
- Implement commercial strategies that allow us to increase our average ticket, retain and build customer loyalty.
