From FYG | For Your Growth we support the search for a Physiatrist to join an important healthcare company, actively participating in the management and auditing of rehabilitation programs and the provision of technical assistance.

We are looking for professionals with solid training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, comprehensive clinical vision and analytical capacity, who want to generate impact on the quality of life of patients and on the optimization of resources destined for rehabilitation.

What will be your challenge?
You will be responsible for evaluating, auditing and validating rehabilitation equipment, therapeutic programs and services linked to patients with disabilities or reduced mobility, ensuring that each indication responds to real clinical needs and care quality criteria.

Main responsibilities:
-Audite requests for rehabilitation equipment, prosthetics and technical aids.

-Evaluate complex cases linked to disability and motor or neurological rehabilitation.

-Participate in medical boards and interdisciplinary evaluations.

-Supervise rehabilitation and home care programs.

-Give technical advice on orthopedic equipment and assistive technology.

-Collaborate in the construction of protocols and resource allocation criteria.

What are we looking for?
-Doctor specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (exclusive).

-Experience in neurological and motor rehabilitation.

- Knowledge of Law 24.901, disability and assistive technology.

-Valuable experience in medical auditing, social works or healthcare companies.

-Analytical, problem-solving profile with decision-making capabilities.

Modality:
Part-time hours: 20 hours per week.
