From FYG | For Your Growth we accompany the search for Specialist Auditors to join an important health company, providing technical criteria and clinical experience in the evaluation of highly complex services, supplies and materials.

We are looking for professionals with a solid healthcare track record and an analytical outlook, who want to combine their medical expertise with a strategic role aimed at quality of care, efficiency of services and the best experience for members.

What will be your challenge?
-You will be a technical reference in your specialty, participating in the audit of supplies, prostheses and surgical materials, collaborating with Contracting, Budgeting and Medication areas to ensure decisions aligned with clinical, economic and quality criteria.

Main responsibilities:
-Audit requests for highly complex supplies, materials and prostheses.

-Evaluate clinical relevance and equivalent therapeutic alternatives.

-Provide technical support to contracting and negotiation processes with suppliers.

-Participate in the development and updating of protocols and regulations.

-Analyze management, utilization and quality performance indicators.

-Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in continuous process improvement.

What are we looking for?
-Physician specializing in Urology, Gynecology or General Surgery.

-Solid healthcare experience, ideally more than 10 years of surgical practice.

-Experience in Medical Audit, Social Works or health companies.

-Knowledge of prostheses, surgical supplies and nomenclatures.

-Management of digital tools and information analysis.
