Company in the tourism sector seeks Night Auditor Jr.
The position is responsible for providing timely attention, following up on requests and monitoring flight-related operations, guaranteeing an excellent customer experience.

Main responsibilities:
- Customer service via telephone and messaging
- Flight confirmation and tracking
- Management and resolution of incidents
- Timely follow-up of cases
- Record of activities in the system
- Communication with internal areas

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service (desirable)
- Verifiable experience working night shift (Essential)
- Basic computer skills
- Good spelling and communication
- Organization and sense of urgency
- Basic English (reading and comprehension)
- Availability to work night shift (Essential)
