Architectural Draftsperson (AutoCAD) Commercial Projects (U.S.)\nLocation: Lima, Peru\nWork Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (EST)\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nExperience Level: JuniorIntermediate (12 years)\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an Architectural Draftsperson based in Manila, Philippines, to support our Project Management team in delivering architectural drawings and models for commercial projects across the United States. Projects include banks, restaurants, retail spaces, and large property management developments.\nThis role requires working U.S. hours (EST) and collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and design teams in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare architectural drawings based on preliminary sketches, concepts, and technical data\nDevelop layouts, diagrams, and floor plans using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications\nAssist with research related to landlord requirements, zoning, code compliance, and permitting\nSupport the preparation and coordination of construction documents\nRevise drawings based on redlines and feedback from Principals and Project Managers\nMaintain organized digital and hard-copy files including surveys, schedules, and design directives\nParticipate in site surveys with the project team as needed\nPerform additional project-related tasks as assigned\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociates Degree (AA) or equivalent in Architecture or a related field\n12 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, preferably on U.S.-based retail, restaurant, or hospitality projects\nProficiency in AutoCAD (required)\nExperience producing construction documents compliant with U.S. building codes and regulations\nAbility to read and interpret construction data, specifications, and engineering information\nPreferred Skills\nBasic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator\nExperience with commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects\nKey Competencies\nComfortable working in a support role with minimal supervision\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to multitask and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines\nDetail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative team player\nWhy Join Us?\nWork on U.S.-based commercial projects while based in Manila\nCollaborative, professional, and growth-oriented team environment\nOpportunity to expand experience with U.S. codes and standards",
