Features:
• Design and optimize automations in CRM and business processes.
• Create lead capture and conversion funnels.
• Implement integrations through APIs, Webhooks and tools such as Make, Zapier or similar.
• Develop automations with AI for marketing, sales and customer service.
• Manage automations through WhatsApp Business.
• Configure and support CRM platforms.
• Support digital tracking, pixels and conversions.
• Create and optimize landing pages and forms.
• Document processes and propose continuous improvements.

Requirements:
• Graduate, high school or final cycle student of Systems Engineering, Software, Industrial, Digital Marketing or related careers.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, automation, digital marketing or digital processes.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, ActiveCampaign or similar).
• Management of automation and AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, Webhooks and WordPress.
• Analytical, organized and initiative profile.
