What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Fleet Administrative Assistant, an organized, analytical person with high attention to detail, who provides administrative support in the efficient management of our electrical units, ensuring documentary control and operational monitoring of the fleet.
What will you do?
Manage and keep fleet documentation updated.
Update the status of units in the system (available, not available, in workshop, corralón).
Record operational information in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor the validity of documents (possession, circulation cards, etc.).
Integrate and update files by unit.
Detect and record operational deviations, generating alerts.
Escalate incidents to the Fleet Coordinator for attention.
Record accident information and provide support in its documentary control.
Maintain traceability of incidents in the system.
Support in updating operational dashboards (Excel or internal systems).
Prepare administrative reports and identify inconsistencies in data.
Relationship with other areas
Internal: Fleet Manager, Technical Area Coordinator, Fleet Analyst, Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance.
External: Administrative suppliers.
What do you need?
Completed high school diploma (knowledge in logistics or fleets desirable).
1-2 years experience in administrative or operational support roles.
Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (essential).
Knowledge of vehicle documentary control.
Experience in operational data analysis and indicator monitoring.
