From Lokan, we support a leading company in naval energy efficiency in the search for a meticulous, proactive and reliable person to serve as an Administrative Assistant. An essential role to maintain the internal functioning of an organization that works every day for a more responsible and sustainable maritime world.

Its role and impact
As an Administrative Assistant you will have a key role in recording operations, document organization and support for the company's different processes. Your orderly outlook and your daily commitment will allow everything to flow with precision: from payments and collections, to corporate procedures or the follow-up of legacies.

What are you going to do
-Issue and record invoices, estimates, payments and collections.
-Perform preliminary bank reconciliations and keep documents updated.
-Give support in the management of insurance, licenses, calculation of commissions and personnel developments.
-Ensure correct documentation for purchases, contracts and payments.
-Assist in corporate procedures, qualifications and general communications.

-Facilitate fluid and timely internal communication with all areas.

Who could leave huella on this list?
-People with tertiary or university training in administrative or similar areas.
-Management of basic/intermediate Excel and accounting management systems (Odoo desirable).
-Knowledge of tax portals (ARCA and MARANGATU, not exclusive).
-High organization, attention to detail and good communication.
-Discretion, reliability and service vocation.

Modality: This is a remote position, with the flexibility to attend the workshop punctually or carry out face-to-face management if the role requires it.
