Job Offer – Call Center Advisors (Telework)
An important fiduciary entity is looking for its next Call Center Advisors.
Hours:
Monthly dates from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Modality: 100% telework
Current legal minimum wage.
Main functions:
Customer attention
Management and guidance of requests
Initial contract for one (1) year per period
Possibility of an indefinite contract, depending on performance
Requirements:
Technician or Technologist in Administration, Call Center, Human Talent or related areas
Minimum of (2) years of experience in the position
Good communication and customer service management
