- Quickbooks software management
-Generate administrative reports for senior management (productivity reports, inventories, etc...)
-Perform billing for each client
-Take orders from suppliers in a clear and organized manner.
-Carry out analysis and review of each one
of invoices sent by suppliers.
-Organize and make inventory adjustments.
