At GomezLee Marketing, the leading Trade Marketing firm with a presence in 12 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, we are looking for an analytically minded talent to join our Business Intelligence team.

This role is key to running analytics projects for global mass consumer brands (CPGs). We offer a clear growth path to Senior BI Analyst, with ongoing internal training and progressively increasing responsibilities.

Your Objective in the Role:
Operationally support the execution of BI projects under our own methodology (GLM Analytics), ensuring the timely collection and proper digitization/validation of the information that feeds our big brand-facing dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Lead the Data Collection, Data Validation, Data Analytics and Data Advisor pillars.
- Design of Dashboards: Raise business requirements and build dashboards and KPIs in BI tools.
- ETL Processing: Extract, transform and validate information from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, BigQuery).
- Optimization: Detect data incidences and propose improvements to reporting flows to gain efficiency.
- Documentation: Structure processes, business rules and assigned data flows.

Profile Requirements:
- Technical Training: In Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Management, Marketing or related careers.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years (preferred) in BI, data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Domain: Handling Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Databases: Knowledge in SQL (MySQL / BigQuery).
- Visualization: Experience in Power BI (Desirable Tableau or Looker Studio).
- Competencies: Analytical thinking, self-management, results orientation and effective communication.

- Salary : 1,750,905 + 100,000 Variable + 162,000 transport allowance
