An important company in the customs sector requires for its work team in BUENAVENTURA a foreign trade analyst and/or assistant, Technician, Technologist, and/or professional in foreign trade, international business and/or related careers. General experience typing statements, an essential requirement. Have knowledge in: - SIGLO XXI Platform, MUISCA, VUCE - Knowledge and experience in the IB and/or CUSTOMS application. -Updated knowledge of customs regulations, knowledge of previous inspections. Medium level management of Office Suite (Word Excel, Power Ponit). •\ Review documentation prior to customs processes.
•\ Attend capacity tests (DIAN inspections)
•\ Support exporters to link the VUCE ANTI-ARCOTICS POLICE.
•\ Prepare reports required by Management and clients
•\ The other functions assigned by your immediate boss or hierarchical superior for the benefit of the company's operation.
•\ Inform clients of the news presented in document reviews (whenever required)
•\ Prepare advances for nationalization expenses when required.
•\ Request supporting documents to start import and/or export processes. (at the time required by the Foreign Trade Analyst, coordinator or boss).
•\ Request technical sheets, catalogs and the greatest information that the client can provide to carry out the tariff classification (at the time required from the Trade Analyst
•\ exterior, coordinator or manager).
•\ Send to the DIAN emails the request for prior inspection and report of results in case there are new developments.
•\ Auto review invoice templates for import processes.
•\ Perform traceability in the IB software and in a shared folder.
•\ Keep information on import and/or export processes by DO up to date. (traceability).
•\ Monitor the DOs until the moment of filing the EQL sales invoice.
•\ Enter customs processes in operational computer systems.
•\ Review between analysts and assistants of customs processes.
•\ Accompaniment in prior inspections of merchandise to be nationalized and sending reports to analysts and leaders.
•\ File Invoices.
•\ Achievement of vehicle fleet.
•\ Vehicle inspection.
•\ Inventory of seals.
•\ Inspection of loading units.
•\ Reception and sending of Compliments (Transport Documents).
•\ Installation of Seals and Satellite Lock.
•\ Accompaniment in inspections of the goods to be exported and sending reports to analysts and leaders.
•\ Carry out procedures for releasing transport documents.
•\ Link clients in the VUCE for imports (when documentary support is required).
•\ Create clients on the ports, keep an eye on the updates of each client
•\ Prepare, review and monitor import registrations and licenses in the VUCE. - Support in procedures before government entities DIAN, ICA, INVIMA, SUPERINTENDENCE,
•\ SUPERVIGILANCE, among others.
•\ Auto review the documents prior to closing the processes of both imports, exports and DTA
•\ File requests for INVIMA, ICA inspections.
•\ Request departures from the SEA PORTS on the platforms SPRC, CCTO, AGUADULCE, SPRBUN, TCBUEN, and other ports on their respective platforms
•\ File Invoices.
Offered: Direct indefinite-term contract with the Company, Work Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 am - 05:10 pm and Saturdays from 08:00 am to 11:10 am. Basic monthly salary $1,800,000 to $2,000,000 + Legal Transportation Assistance + Legal Benefits.
