The University Institution is looking for two COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANTS for the Pereira headquarters.\nManage relationships with clients kindly and assertively, through the communication channels established by the institution.\nMain functions:\nMake direct contact with the different internal and external audiences of the Institution via telephone, WhatsApp or other means, with a consultative approach, to guide them throughout the registration process and facilitate their enrollment.\nFollow up constant contact with leads, keeping their traceability updated in the institutional CRM and applying the flows defined for each stage of the commercial funnel.\nIdentify needs, barriers and objections of prospects, providing clear information and relevant solutions, or articulating with other areas when necessary.\nClose sales (registrations) complying with the indicators defined by the coordination, ensuring a positive and reliable experience for the applicant.\nActively participate in mass contact campaigns, recovery or conversion campaigns depending on the phase of the admission process.\nEnsure quality in management, applying defined service protocols, correct use of scripts and monitoring of service and conversion indicators.\nParticipate in feedback, training and continuous improvement spaces that strengthen their commercial, communication and digital management skills.\nSupport, when required, the logistics and attention at fairs, institutional events or relationship activities, providing guidance to attendees and promoting the acquisition of new prospects.\nMeet the other related functions that are assigned by your immediate boss.\nRequired profile:\nTraining: technician in administration, marketing, sales, communication, customer service or similar.\nExperience: minimum six (6) months performing similar functions\nAdditional training in customer service is desirable, basic level Office Suite management and knowledge of sales and business closing techniques in non-face-to-face and digital channels, clear writing and appropriate spelling for written communication with interested parties\nConditions of the position:\nSalary: $ 1,750,905 + legal benefits\nSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm\nWork modality: self-employed (teleworking) with availability for in-person assistance according to the need to provide support for different events or activities in the area\nType of contract: fixed term of less than one year (initially)\nYes If you meet the profile, do not hesitate to apply and become part of an Institution where we train human professionals for a more humane society!"
