Job Description

At Mind selection we are looking for a freelance Recruitment and Selection Assistant for massive process projects.

Requirements:
Students or newcomers in psychology, with experience in the area of recruitment and selection of no less than 6 months executing massive processes.
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Availability to work on a one-month project.

Features:
Ensure coverage of personnel requirements, meeting deadlines according to the level of service.
Carry out profile surveys and meetings with clients as requested.
Track candidates who attend scheduled training.
Develop personnel recruitment actions and keep the database of effective sources of external personnel recruitment updated, to immediately and efficiently meet requirements.
Coordinate personnel entry.
Keep the applicant database updated.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
