Job description:\nWe are looking for a Tracking and Monitoring Assistant, in charge of carrying out real-time control of the personnel who travel to different work centers, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, routes and operational news.\nMain functions:\nPerform real-time monitoring of the personnel on the move.\nVerify compliance with arrival times at the work centers.\nMaintain constant communication with the staff (calls, WhatsApp or others means).\nReport news (delays, absences, route changes, etc.).\nManage replacements of news if any news arises.\nUpdate databases and monitoring reports.\nCoordinate with the operations area solutions to contingencies.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree, technician or technologist in administrative or related areas.\nMinimum experience of 6 months in monitoring, logistics, operations or customer service (preferable).\nBasic use of office tools (Excel, Google Sheets).\nExcellent communication and reaction capacity.\nHigh organization and detailed follow-up.\nWorking conditions:\nContract: Construction or work\nSalary: SMLV //Additional bonuses that are explained in the contract.\nSchedule: Monday to Friday\nModality: Teleworking\nIdeal profile:\n Proactive person, with the ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions and maintain control of multiple tasks simultaneously.",
