Position: Human Talent Assistant
Type of contract: Work or labor (with the possibility of direct connection depending on performance)
Mode: Remote
Purpose of the position
Support the administrative and operational processes of the Human Talent area, ensuring the execution, control and timely closure of activities related to the hiring and disengaging of collaborators, as well as the management of staff, assets, contractual documentation and peace and security, guaranteeing traceability, documentary order and internal compliance.
Main functions
Plan requirements for equipment, implements and assets (purchases, deliveries, replacements).
Plan the linking (documentary checklist and preparation of registration in ERP) and the disconnection (return and peace checklist).
Plan support for well-being, training and climate.
Prioritize and organize Help Desk requests for attention or escalation.
Manage equipment purchase requests.
Coordinate the delivery of equipment, implements and assets to collaborators: define requirements, manage the request with the responsible area, validate necessary data and ensure support and confirmation of receipt.
Coordinate collection and verification of assets and staffing of employees who retired.
Manage news of damaged assets or those that require maintenance and follow up until they are resolved.
Prepare peace and safe (employees on mission and direct): responsible for signing and guaranteeing full receipt of assets/endowment
Support hiring/connection: manage documentation, manage affiliations to the Social Security System and parafiscals and register in the ERP.
Update databases, manage documents, contract updates and others.
Support work well-being activities, training and organizational climate.
Academic training
Technician or technologist in Human Talent Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.
Experience
1 to 2 years experience in similar positions
Basic knowledge of HR processes. HH. and labor legislation
