VCO S.A., a renowned company in the health audit sector, is looking for a nursing assistant, technician in health and related areas with experience in SOAT claims. We are looking for a highly trained candidate committed to quality service. \nRequirements: \n Technical or university studies completed in Nursing Assistant or technicians in health and related areas. \n- Previous experience in the SOAT claims area. \n- Solid knowledge of the processes and procedures related to SOAT claims. \n \n*Hours*: Monday to Friday 7:00am -5:30pm \nHeadquarters: 100% Teleworking (If you are based in another city other than Bogotá, you must have a computer to work if selected, while you receive the one supplied by the company) \n Responsibilities: \n - Reception and management of SOAT claims. \n- Registration, analysis and monitoring of documentation related to claims. \n- Coordination with the different departments involved in the claims process. \n- Verification and validation of the information provided by patients and insurers. \n- Customer service, providing clear and accurate information on the status of claims. \n- Support in resolving conflicts and adverse situations that may arise during the claim process. \n- Preparation of reports and periodic reports on the claims process. \nIf you meet the requirements and are passionate about the SOAT claims area, we invite you to apply.
