We are looking for a PQR and SAC Assistant\nTechnician or second semester student onwards in administrative careers, Industrial Engineering or similar.\n1 year experience in customer service areas, in the reception and processing of PQRs, in companies in the service sector, financial, among others.\nFunctions:\nReceive, process and resolve PQRs appropriately and in a timely manner\nManagement of different types of Clients (Natural, User Final and Customer Service Points)\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, Availability from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Rotating shifts) (availability to work one Saturday a month)\n100% teleworking at home\nAt Dar Ayuda Temporal S.A.
