We are looking for a Junior Accountant who not only wants to complete tasks, but solve real problems and take responsibility for results.
This position is key for our clients to keep their tax obligations up to date, avoid penalties, and receive accounting attention that drives the growth of their business.
Your work will be essential in keeping systems in order, ensuring compliance and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Support in the accounting and tax management of clients from different sectors.
Ensure that all reports, statements and records are complete and delivered on time. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within accounting systems. Participate in the preparation of reconciliations, financial reports and tax documentation. Detect errors, prevent omissions and propose operational improvements. Maintain clear communication with the team and ensure compliance with assigned flows. Follow up on recurring services to ensure continuity and quality.
You are ideal for this position if…
You have 2 to 4 years of accounting experience (preferably in offices or firms that serve multiple clients).
You are detail-oriented, organized and take precision very seriously.
If something is out of place, you notice it, correct it and prevent it for the next time.
You are disciplined with your time and deliver everything on time, without being asked twice. You seek to grow professionally and are willing to learn every day.
You have a service mentality: you understand that behind every number there is a client trusting you.

Knowledge of tax regulations.
Good level of English, especially for written documentation.
Experience with tools like QuickBooks
Ability to work agilely and autonomously.

Compensation and conditions
Base salary: $1,000 USD per month (adjustable based on performance in the initial period). Bonuses: according to quality, compliance and impact on the client's processes.
Schedule: Full time. Monday to Friday (Saturday optional if there is special load).",
