B2B Travel Sales Agent International Tourism Sector\nAre you a commercial hunter with strong experience in the tourism industry and a passion for global markets? This opportunity is for you! \nWe are looking for a B2B sales professional within the tourism sector, focused on LATAM and Englishspeaking markets, to develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and position our tourism products internationally.\n Responsibilities\n Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for LATAM and English-speaking markets.\n Conduct cold calls, qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.\n Represent the brand at international travel fairs, trade shows, and industry events \n Manage and strengthen relationships with travel agencies, consortia, DMCs, wholesalers, retailers, and OTAs.\n Use CRM tools for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, reporting, and KPIs \n Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the commercial offering.\n\n Requirements & Experience\n Experience:\nMinimum 16 years in B2B sales within the tourism industry.\nBackground in companies such as Hotelbeds, Catai, Julia Tours, Viajes El Corte Inglés, Travel Leaders, or similar.\n\n Languages:\nEnglish B2 or higher (professional and fluent).\n\n Industry Knowledge:\nStrong understanding of U.S. travel circuits.\nFamiliarity or network with ATA, ASTA, Travel Leaders, Virtuoso, etc.\nActive network with DMCs, inbound operators, wholesalers, retailers, OTAs, and global platforms.\n\n Tech Skills:\nProficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar).\nAbility to create reports, KPI tracking, and productivity analysis.\n\n Key Personal Skills\n Charisma, strong commercial judgment, and excellent communication.\n Experience representing brands at international trade fairs and strategic negotiations.",
