I have included a job description below for you to look over.\nBack End Developer \nLocation: Remote from Mexico\nDuration: 12 months\nJob Summary:\nAs a Back End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the microservices architecture for the MES systems business logic. You will be responsible for creating scalable, efficient, and high-quality microservices in C, ensuring seamless integration into the existing Windows Forms application and enabling web functionality. Your work will contribute to the development of a robust backend that supports a modern web-based front end while maintaining high performance and reliability. You will be expected to deliver a product of international standards using agile methodologies, automated testing, and best practices for software development.\nRequirements:\nTechnical Skills: \n4 years .NET knowledge\n4 years Programming languages C , VB.Net\n3 years Knowledge of TSQL (stored procedures, views, jobs, SSIS)\nKnowledge of MSMQ, XML, Xpath, Xquery\nIDE VS 2012 or higher\nCreation of Windows Services\nKnowledge of API RESTful\nKnowledge of gRPC\nKnowledge of Gitlab.\nAdvanced English (conversational)\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze the current MES systems business logic and design microservices to encapsulate and optimize its functionality.\nDevelop scalable and efficient microservices in C using .Net 8.0.\nEnsure proper modularization and separation of concerns to facilitate easy maintenance and scalability.\nEnsure smooth communication between the Front End and Back End through RESTful APIs or other appropriate protocols.\nWork closely with the Front End team to enable web functionality for the MES system.\nOptimize microservices to ensure high performance under various load conditions.\nImplement resilience mechanisms to handle failures gracefully and maintain uptime.\nConduct profiling and debugging to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.\nWrite automated unit tests and integration tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of microservices.\nAdhere to international standards for software quality and ensure compliance with security best practices.\nActively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.\nCollaborate with Front End developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to align backend development with project objectives.\nContribute to continuous improvement within the team and development process.\nDocument microservices architecture, design decisions, and deployment processes.\nStay updated with emerging trends and tools in backend development, microservices, and cloud architecture.\nPropose innovative solutions to improve code quality, performance, and scalability.\nThese are the interviews you will have:\nEnglish Interview to verify you can have a conversation\nTechnical Interview\nTechnical interview with client\nRate:\nSalary: open to negotiating\nSome of the benefits:\n100% on Mexican payroll\nMedical Insurance\nLaw benefits\nIf you are interested, please send me your resume in English and salary expectation to start the process.",
