We are currently looking for a Back Office in an inclusive call open to people with disabilities, with a focus on supporting administrative and sales areas.\n What are we looking for?\n Training: People who are pursuing technical or technological careers in areas such as telecommunications, finance, education, tourism or similar.\n Office tools: Intermediate use of Excel.\n Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent and certifiable experience in the position.\n Other requirements: Residency in Bogotá and have access to a stable internet connection.\n Our offer:\nDirect contract, with an initial 3 months extendable for an indefinite period.\nBasic salary + connectivity assistance + legal benefits + educational and well-being benefits.\n Remote modality (with the possibility of hybrid modality).\n Rotating hours from Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week).\n Some of your functions:\nProvide support and accompaniment to advisors in procedures and requests for students and commercial processes.\nSupport the operational management of the sales area.\nAnalyze and follow up on escalated problems, ensuring compliance with service levels.\nInclusive call:\nThis vacancy is open to people with disabilities.
