We are a leading consultant in customer experience measurements, and we are looking for the best talent to join our team as a Telephone Survey Executive. \nYou will be responsible for channeling the voice of the customer, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards. Your work will identify opportunities to improve our service processes and, ultimately, transform the customer experience. \nWhat do we expect from you? \nTechnical or university studies, complete, truncated or in progress. \nMinimum experience of 6 months in a call center in areas of surveys, customer service, sales, retention, among others. (Essential) \nKnowledge in the banking, insurance or telecommunications sector. \nUser level Office management. \nCompetencies: \nHigh level of argumentation, fluent communication, good writing and spelling (Will be evaluated in the process). \nVocation to service, achievement orientation and time management. \nRemote work: What do you need to work from home? (Essential) \nPrivate and quiet space. \nWired Internet (Minimum 20MB). \nPC or Laptop with Windows 10 minimum Core i3 and Headsets (Audio + Microphone) \n Remuneration: \nPayment via Receipt for Fees on a monthly basis. \nPayment date: 15th of each month. \nPiece payment (production) for each effective survey. \nEach project has a different payment factor depending on the level of complexity of the survey. \n You can work from anywhere in Peru, applies to Lima and the Province! \nAt Izo we believe that diversity adds incredible value to our teams, our services and our culture.
