Vacancy Description – Customer Experience Intern (Evening)

At ANCABE, in collaboration with Equality, we are looking for an intern for the customer experience area. This position is focused on information analysis, customer monitoring and improvement of internal processes to ensure quality service.

Activities:

Generate and maintain reports on billing, customer monitoring and service status.
Analyze operational information to detect deviations and opportunities for improvement.
Support in the issuance, validation and billing control.
Make follow-up and satisfaction calls with clients.
Follow up on requests, incidents and commitments.
Support in collection and payment control processes.
Propose improvements to internal processes based on data.
Collaborate with different areas to ensure a good customer experience.

Requirements:

Active students of Administration, Business Relations, Industrial Engineering, Systems or similar.
Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters).
Intermediate English (reading and comprehension).
Have optional insurance (essential).
