CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN | EQUALITY & ANCABE
At ANCABE, in collaboration with Equality, we are looking for students interested in developing themselves in customer service within a digital, dynamic environment with a focus on technology.
If you are interested in solving problems, helping users and learning about technical support and digital tools, this opportunity is for you.
Education:
Active students of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Important:
Availability to carry out internships for 6 months.
Aimed at students in their last 2 semesters.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Modality: 100% Home Office
Financial support:
$4,998 gross monthly (biweekly payment)
Requirements:
Have optional insurance
Conversational English (desirable)
Activities:
Customer technical support (first and second level)
Quality assurance testing
Support on issues related to APIs
Technical training for clients
