You will manage employee benefit programs, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and provide support and clear information.\nYou will coordinate with insurance providers, handle enrollment, and assist with claims and concerns. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service with empathy and professionalism!\n Primary Responsibilities\nAssist employees and managers with benefits programs (health, dental, vision, insurance, retirement plans, leave, ACA, etc.).\nMaintain accurate records in HRIS and ensure information is audit-ready.\nParticipate in induction activities and present benefit programs.\nPrepare and distribute benefits communication materials.\nCoordinate monthly billing with accounting and meet fiscal deadlines.\nPlan and execute open enrollment programs.\nImplement health and wellness initiatives.\nSupport audits and reports related to benefits.\n Requirements and skills\nBachelor's degree in HR, Administration or related fields (required).\n1-2 years of benefits experience.\nExperience in 401k (very important).\nAdvanced Excel (required).\nExperience in customer service and HRIS/HCM management.\nGeneral knowledge of federal and state benefit regulations.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nHigh confidentiality and empathy.\nRemember!
