Main Functions
Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI aligned to the operational and financial needs of the business.
Build and optimize semantic models, relationships and DAX measures, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Raise and analyze requirements with users from different areas, translating needs into analytical solutions.
Develop financial, operational and commercial indicators for tracking and decision making.
Apply role-based segmentation and access control (RLS) to guarantee security and governance.
Validate the consistency, quality and reliability of the information presented.
Optimize query performance and views, identifying bottlenecks.
Manage code, versioning, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation.

Experience and Knowledge
Advanced experience developing with Power BI and working with large volumes of data and complex analytical models is required. Experience in business and finance environments is desirable, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into scalable and well-governed solutions.
Key technical knowledge: Power BI (data modeling, advanced DAX), advanced SQL, PostgreSQL and/or Amazon Redshift, good documentation practices, data governance and quality, and building business-oriented analytical models. Communication competencies, teamwork, proactiveness and ability to manage multiple stakeholders will be valued.

Desirable Requirements
Certifications in Power BI or data analytics; prior experience working in regulated environments; knowledge of Azure Data Services or similar tools; data-driven storytelling skills and expertise in end-user-oriented visualization.
