This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional writing abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver compliant, accurate, and compelling submissions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze RFPs and support bid/nobid evaluations\nCreate and structure proposal content, technical narratives, project plans, and annexes\nCoordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and align deliverables\nEnsure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG / UNEEN 301 549)\nDevelop case studies, methodologies, storyboards, timelines, and value propositions\nPrepare construction of bid documentation: formatting, layout, templates, style guides\nManage clarifications, remedies, risks, milestones, QA plans, test plans, and version control\nSupport VR/AR/3D/AI requirement translation\nAlign proposals with evaluation criteria, sustainability, gender equality perspective, and sectorspecific guidelines\nCollaborate with UI/UX teams for wireframe validation when required\nMaintain organized documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of bid assets\nParticipate in crossfunctional coordination and deliverable closure\nRequirements\n 35 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or technical writing\n Experience in public and private tendering processes\n Strong skills in project planning, requirements management, and risk assessment\n Expertise in document layout and formatting (InDesign preferred)\n Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, and accessibility compliance\n Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (tech, design, marketing, PMO, etc.)\n Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills\n Experience creating templates, style guides, matrices, and structured documentation\n English proficiency at C1 level\nNice to Have\n Experience in tourism, culture, or storytelling for sectorspecific proposals\n Knowledge of maintenance planning, scalability planning, and RACI/RAMP frameworks\n Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams on deliverables",
