The client is located in the United States, so a fluent conversational English level is required because you will work with the US Market.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross\nScope: \nServe as the primary point of contact for inbound calls across multiple dealership accounts. \nAlso, operate within the clients software ecosystem, primarily using Dealer Center and a VoIP phone system\nSupport the companys mission to blend technology with human engagement for dealership lead management\nAdapt to evolving processes and tools as the company scales its service offering\nResponsibilities:\nAnswer inbound calls from dealership customers and provide timely, accurate information about vehicles and services\nSchedule and confirm appointments directly into the dealership CRM (Dealer Center) on behalf of clients\nAddress caller inquiries regarding vehicle availability, features, and pricing with professionalism and accuracy\nMaintain organized and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and appointments within the CRM\nDeliver a consistently positive caller experience that reflects well on the clients brand and dealership partners\nCollaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth hand offs and follow-ups on customer requests\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or sales industry\nStrong verbal communication skills with a neutral or clear English accent suitable for the US market\nAbility to quickly learn and navigate CRM platforms and phone systems such as RingCentral\nHigh level of attention to detail when logging customer information and scheduling appointments\nAbility to work independently and manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently\nProfessional and friendly phone demeanor with a customer-first mindset",
