Job Description

Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 14 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.\nCurrently, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Data Entry to review form documents and decision letters to determine what data should be entered, then enter the data into the platform.\nThe role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in the United States, and conversational English is required.\n\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM EST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross\n\nResponsibilities:\nReview form documents and decision letters to determine what data should be entered, then enter the data.\nData comes from forms filed by a user and presented to the government; and separately the decision rendered by the government. \nData is related to medical conditions, dates of filing, dates of decision, and decision elements. \nAccuracy is of paramount importance. \nIf the data entered is incorrectly, the reports which are based on the data will be incorrect and appeal deadlines may be missed. \nMissing a deadline is unacceptable.\nThe successful candidate will be assigned work from a task list. \nThey will review forms for data, enter the data into proprietary software, and verify accuracy. \nThe job requires attention to detail and ability to know when to ask for help to ensure the data is entered correctly. \n100% data accuracy is expected.\nKnowledge of medical terms and government benefit processes is helpful.\nSkills:\nClaims Review Background (Preferred)\n1 to 4 years of experience with veterans claim denials, insurance claim denials, or any other benefits/claims adjudication process.\nAbility to understand how claims are filed, reviewed, approved, or denied.\n Strong Data Interpretation & Entry Skills\nCan read government decision letters and forms, identify key data (medical conditions, filing dates, decision dates, decision details), and enter it accurately.\nUnderstands the importance of 100% accuracy since errors can impact reports and appeal deadlines.",
