Bilingual Dental Receptionist
We’re seeking a reliable and patient-focused Bilingual Dental Receptionist to support our dental practice remotely. This role is perfect for someone with US dental front-desk experience who can confidently communicate with patients in English and Spanish while keeping schedules, calls, and records organized—all from home.
What You Will Do:
• Answer inbound patient calls and messages in English and Spanish
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Assist with patient check-ins/check-outs (virtually)
• Collect payments and explain basic billing questions
• Update and maintain accurate records in the dental PMS
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We Are Looking For:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (clear, neutral accent preferred)
• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a US Healthcare account
• Familiarity with US dental workflows, terminology, and insurance basics
• Experience using dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Strong phone presence, professionalism, and customer service skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Windows 11 (64-bit) - genuine and activated
• Windows 10 (64-bit) - supported only until February 2025

• Reliable processor: Intel Core i5, i7, i9 or AMD Ryzen 3,5,7 or higher
• At least 8GB to 12GB RAM
• Functional webcam and noise-canceling headset

No. Applicants must use their own device and internet connection.
