In this role, you will source, vet, and onboard care partners while coordinating closely with healthcare partners, clinics, nurses, and internal care teams.\nYour primary focus is to understand placement requirements, onboard candidates, address candidate questions, and ensure Helpers are fully prepared and confident when matching with patients.\nThis role requires strong empathy, persistence, and the ability to balance candidate advocacy with operational needs while delivering a positive and seamless onboarding experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPost and manage job listings across designated platforms and locations.\nSource, screen, and interview candidates for care giving and healthcare-related roles.\nManage candidate pipelines and oversee onboarding from initial contact to placement readiness.\nEnsure all onboarding requirements and documentation are completed before endorsements or matches.\nMaintain an active and qualified pool of candidates to support current and upcoming client needs.\nCommunicate regularly with nurses, clinic partners, and internal teams regarding candidate status and time card updates.\nRespond promptly to inquiries, app-related concerns, and candidate questions via phone, text, and email.\nProvide consistent follow-ups to improve engagement and placement success.\nAccurately document interactions and updates in Salesforce and G-Suite for continuity and transparency.\nCollaborate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a high-quality candidate experience.\nMaintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.\nQualifications:\nExperience in recruitment, customer service, care coordination, or a related field (healthcare experience preferred).\nStrong candidate engagement and consultative recruitment skills, especially in remote onboarding environments.\nExcellent verbal and written communication across phone, SMS, and email.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.\nProficiency in Salesforce, G-Suite, Zoom is mandatory\nExperience with dialer systems (e.g., Five9) is a plus.\nBilingual English and Spanish are strongly preferred.\nCore Competencies:\nEmpathy & Candidate Support: Provides reassurance and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.\nPersistence & Accountability: Consistently follows up and drives candidates to completion.\nTrust-Building: Establishes rapport quickly in sensitive and care-focused conversations.\nProfessional Communication: Clear, respectful, and solution-oriented communication style.\nCollaboration: Works effectively with internal teams, clinics, and partners to ensure successful placements.",
