Marketing Assistant (Part-Time Remote)\nCultural sector | Museum | Bilingual (EN/ES)\nAre you passionate about art, culture and impact on the community?\nWe are looking for a creative, organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in a growing museum and in the midst of a rebranding process \nThis is a unique opportunity to work 100% remotely, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing fresh ideas to connect the public with meaningful cultural experiences.\n What will you do in this role?\nWill you be a key player in the execution of marketing strategies that connect exhibitions, events and museum spaces:\n Coordinate and manage campaign and event agendas with high precision\n Collaborate with the Exhibitions, Public Events and Space Rental teams\n Promote museum spaces through creative digital content\n Ensure that events are inclusive, visible and accessible to the community\n Create content on platforms such as Canva, Adobe Suite and CapCut\n Support the website update (WordPress) and events (Eventbrite)\n Analyze campaign results and propose continuous improvements\n Maintain fluid communication in English and Spanish on all channels\n What we are looking for in you\n Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or similar roles\n English and Spanish (mandatory) C1\n Highly organized, detailed and results-oriented profile\n Creativity, empathy and problem-solving mentality\n Ability to work as a team in environments dynamic\n Tools you will use\nCanva\nAdobe Suite\nCapCut\nWordPress\nEventbrite\n Conditions\n Mode: 100% remote\n Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. (CST)\nCollaborative, creative environment with a cultural purpose",
