The candidate must be comfortable speaking with high-net worth clientele and representing a luxury brand with professionalism and discretion.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n Answer and manage inbound phone calls throughout the day (high responsiveness required)\n Communicate with clients in a polished, friendly, and confident manner\n Qualify inquiries and demonstrate basic sales ability when speaking with potential clients\n Maintain and update the CRM system\n Perform data entry, organize spreadsheets, and handle general administrative tasks\n Support the operations team with various assigned tasks\n\nRequirements:\n Extremely fluent English (spoken and written)\n Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills\n Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor\n Strong organizational and administrative abilities\n Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data entry\n Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable\n Ability to interact with high-end clientele in a refined and professional way\n Quiet home office with no background noise during calls\n Stable high-speed internet connection and reliable computer setup\n Professional call quality (good microphone or headset required)",
