Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate with new hires, talent acquisitions specialist, HR & hiring managers to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new hires. \nOversee all pre-employment activities for new hires. \nStreamline logistics associated with all aspects of onboarding. \nPerform various recruitment administrative functions. \nEnter and track candidate background orders and coordinate drug testing. \nReview background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner. \nLead the on-boarding process once the offer is made from the recruiting team and ensure all SOPs are followed. \nEnsure new hire paperwork is completed for badging process, drug test and track results, schedule employee orientation & training and ensure a good employee experience. \nProcess new hires and ensure compliance with government requirements. \nReview vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly. \nProvide excellent service to candidate by responding quickly to all inquiries. \nMonitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date. \nRequirements:\nFluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)\nProven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously\nFamiliarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms\nWhat We Offer:\nRemote Work\nCompetitive salary\nGrowth and development opportunities\nCollaborative and inclusive work environment",
