The client is located in California, so a fluent English level is required.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross (Open to negotiate)\n\nTo be able to prospect through our LinkedIn and indeed accounts to set up with our phones calendar and CRM and calendar to do outreach have a quick discovery call with prospects to qualify and schedule appointments. \nJob description:\nDeliver organize and track the results from recruiting efforts. \nYou will achieve your objectives by calling, emailing and meeting enough candidates to achieve the recruiting goals of the district. \nSending Emails and making at least 20 calls daily with the goal of scheduling and attending 5 interviews per day. \nBe tasked with follow-ups and joint meetings between hiring agents or the district manager. \nBe expected to schedule 5 second interviews per week with the district manager or mentor agency owners from engaged, qualified candidates. \nYou may need to work evenings or weekends occasionally to attend career fairs and hiring events.\nSupport any other tasks assigned by management to support the successful growth of the district. \nUnderstand the agency programs, licensing process and value proposition to convey the agency opportunity to qualified candidates effectively. \nYour work should yield 1 pending agency file per week (passed background) and 1 reserve or protege appointment per month to ultimately drive 2 full time appointments per quarter. \nUse tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, Ideal Traits, Facebook/Meta, Tic Toc Handshake, Agency Equity, the department of insurance website resources, Farmers agency commission exchange, agency zoom as well as the entire Microsoft business suite.\nSkills:\n1+ years of proven experience prospecting clients through LinkedIn or any other social media account for Insurance companies.\nStrong experience using CRM\nGood English skills (Written and Speaking)",
